All orders are currently shipped FOB via UPS ground (via
freight line for pallet size orders). We simply pass on our
costs (including bad address and any other fees that UPS comes
up with), as we do not treat this as a profit center.

All orders are pre-paid credit card (MC/VISA/AMEX/Disc) or
check, unless prior credit has been established. All net/15
accounts need to be kept current to participate in free sampling
program and other specials.

Minimum opening order is now just $150.
Minimum re-order is just $100.

Best Regards is not responsible for goods damaged in
shipment. All damages should be reported to carrier and Best
Regards immediately (within 7 days). We have designed our
shipping boxes with great care, but it is possible for the
carrier to damage your product.

We will now split cases at no extra charge
when necessary.

Orders will be accepted via phone, fax, email, in person and
carrier pigeon.

We will only ship our chocolate products
(Craves) when temperatures from here (Kansas City) to you is
expected to be 75 degrees or less. You, however, have the
ultimate responsibility for any chocolate once it leaves our
warehouse. Styrofoam coolers and ice packs are an option.

No returns accepted after 10 days. You
must notify us within 10 days of any shipping errors on our
part.

Best Regards reserves the right of refusal in
not accepting any given order or wholesale account.

Best Regards reserves the right to impose common
sense as needed to protect the integrity of the product, brand
and end customer.

Past due accounts will be assessed a 1.5%
monthly late fee. Hopefully this will not be an issue, as we
bake, you sell and let others be bankers. Returned checks are
subject to a $30 returned check fee.
